Question about RIM BlackBerry 8800 Smartphone
The blackberry 8800 only rings 3 times when there is an incoming call then goes straight to voicemail. I have searched user manuals and cannot find a way to increase the length of time that the phone will ring for.
Get your mailbox number then type in **61*44then mailbox mumber*11*then a two digit number between 00 and 30 (seconds delay).

Not always true. Check your providers settings on voicemail. you maybe able to change that.

Unfortunately, you cant change the setting. Your phone company has it set to go to voice mail after that many rings... they make more money that way.... the sooner they connect the call.... the sooner they can charge...
