Question about Frigidaire Dishwashers
The leak could be caused by a problem with the rinse dispenser or by a worn out corner seal. If the seal looks bad, dried out, etc., replace the seal. Otherwise, you'll need to take the door apart and see what's going on there. Some leaking around-under-from the door on dishwashers can be traced back to a split in the spray arm. If the lower spray arm develops a split in it, the spray arm can turn too fast, and shoot water directly at things that it is not suppose to spray water at....sprays water at the door vents or edges and
can create water leaks.
However a leak during drain usually indicated a leaking drain hose. Pull the machine out from under the counter and remove the left side panel exposing the blue float assembly. Turn the machine on and observe the fill cycle. If water comes out anywhere on the fill mechanism then the inlet valve needs to be replaced. Once the machine has filled and begun to cycle cancel the program and drain the unit. Observe closely where the leak is happening.
