Question about Kenmore 64802 Top Freezer Refrigerator
The only reliable reset on a refridgerator is at the defrost switch. Remove the front bottom panel from your fridge and you'll see a small clockmotor with a couple wires leading to it. In the center of this you'll see a screwdriver slot. Turn the knob very slowly to the right(clockwise) until you hear a click, do not turn the slot counterclockwise. Once you've done this, check for cooling in the freezer part. It should take about five minutes till it starts to cool. If this solves your problem, than the defrost timer should be replaced. Thank you, Dana
