Question about Vizio L37 Television
You could have a loose screw near one of the speakers. I had this problem and it created a vibrating humming noise, especially when there were high pitch sounds happening.

If you can handle it then check the 12VDC supply filtration. I mean to say that you have to confirm that the 12VDC is coming with stability and no noise inside it. The filtration work is being performed by the capacitors in the circuitry. Check the capacitor condition in main board please. If it is plague (bad capacitor) then try by replacing it. The sound can be mainly heard through speakers and it most probably caused by sound processing area presents in main board. This kind of thing can be eliminated by changing the main board.
