Question about Fantom Drives DVD±RW Dual Layer Burner
DVD will not eject via front button. Is there another reset switch?
If you look at the front of the drive, near the open button, you should spot a hole about the size of pin. This is a manual release button. Now you need either a pin a paper clip to firmly push in to this hole and hopefully release the CD tray.
Hope this helps and good luck!

To unlock, manually press and HOLD the open/close button & the stop button simultaneously, and HOLD them both down until the lock picture disappears. The DVD will eject when you press the open/close button.
To lock the DVD inside the machine, repeat the same step, and it will lock it inside.
