I'm assuming it makes ice.
Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";} Open the door and hold the door switch down and try the ice dispenser. Do you hear any thing. You should hear the ice door open and the augur motor turning to turn the augur which pushes the ice out the door. If the augur doesn't turn Take all the ice out of the bin and try. perhaps the motor is too weak or the augur is locked up. Take the bin out and try to see if the motor will turn with no load. The motor is behind the back cover where the bin sits. See if you get power to it using a voltmeter when you try the dispenser. If you are, probably bad motor. If not ,dispenser switch or solenoid is not working.

There is a solenoid that operates the door that could have stopped working. Can you hear it?
The hinge on the door could be broken or the bracket it goes in could be broken. You'll have to look to see what's wrong.

Remove the dispenser cover by gently prying starting at the bottom going round and round a little at a time to prevent from breaking it. When it's off the screws will be exposed to access the other components.

Here's a diagram of your ice dispenser and door.

It may be the arm in the ice maker is down. Even though the ice maker does not have the water hooked up if the arm above the ice bin is down it will still cycle the ice maker try lifting up the arm it should stay up this signals the ice maker that the bin is full and should shut off the ice maker. Hope this helps.

ICE AND WATER DISPENSER WILL NOT WORK ON KITCHEN AID MODEL # KSCS25FKSS01

if neither one works that usually is the water valve located on the back of the fridge. Try this manually fill the ice make with a glase of water and check the temp. in the freezer. you can reach in and touch to see if water is freezing in ice maker. see if it dumps the ice then surly the valve is bad

Water dispensor does not dispense water. Ice maker works.

you have prime the system air out of the water lines this is easy to do
put a glass big enough to cover water dispensor outlet cause its going to project water out at you press and hold button till water starts to run smooth
these fridges will spit water at you when you prime the system at first cause theres air blockage in lines

Water dispensor not working

Since you have water getting to the icemaker/dispenser, the most common problem I've seen is the solenoid valve is history and needs replacing. It could also be the switch that is normally activated by the dispenser itself and in turn activates the solenoid valve or the wiring in-between the switch and valve, but I have personally not seen either one of those go bad.

Stinky Ice

You could try using ice aid, http://www.partadvantage.com/store/showpart/10127281. However there is nothing on a fridge that causes an odor only things that are put into the fridge i.e. food, water quality.
