There is 1 switch on laptop to turn on the wifi.
Turn it on then you can see Wireless lan connection icon in right corner if driver is installed and enabled.
For that you need to check in device manager.
Right click on my computer icon then click on property then hardwarte ->device manager.
then you can see all driver list.
make sure wireless driver is installed and enable there.
Then you can see wi fi lan icon then double click on it then connect your wi fi.

I seen your laptop keyboard image but there is no batton for wifi. If your system configure by wifi connectivity set up, then go wisi connectivity option from comtrol panel/ program file and click there after that a window will open . From that location you may enble your wifi and search for connectivity.Once enable the wifi the light will blink. If you get success then informed me.

The "Communication Key" controls the wireless function. This key is located above the keyboard on the right. There are a series of keys together to the left of the right speaker port. The communication key is the far left key in this group of buttons.
If you are trying to enable bluetooth simply press the fn+F3 key to turn bluetooth on.

You need to go to your control panel then your internet options. From there go to your internet connections and foolow the prompts for wireless connections. That will set up a wireless connection for you, you may have to redo this connection depending on your location when using your computer. Take note unless you know their passwords you can only get on non secure networks. That means be careful what you do for anyone can intercept the work.

You can restore the laptop to Factory settings only if it contains the recovery partition.
While booting when you see the Acer logo, immediately Hold the Alt key and keep tapping F10, It you laptop has a recovery partition you will be able to get access to it.
