Question about Tascam FW-1884 Firewire Audio / Midi Interface Sound Card
Reinstall the sound driver ...this should get it to the default ..after that be sure you have the midi connection ok ..and all drivers installed....to get to see the firewire connection go to the device manager by right click on my computer and properties /hardware and device manager
here if it is not visible ..just click righ on the computer and than scan for hardware changes ...if it is a connection made..it will appear ..probably called IEEE or so ...and ..if it will appear in yellow with a ask sign it means that you still needa driver for it..
In regards of the volume controls ...double click on the tray icon ..and than click on options ..and locate and add the midi volume from the list ...
