Hi you have a fuser problem. The fuser does not heatup normaly. Sometimes it can besolved with the following code. Enter Sim mode. "c" - Auto/text/photo - "c" - Auto/text/photo - 14 -start - 00 - start. To exit sim mode press clear all. Turn the machine off and on, check operation. If that does not work check the Termosters, termostats, and heater lamps and wiring harnes.

My my how does this work? You will charge me to solve the problem but if I solve it myself you wish me to tell you how. Do I charge you for my solution then ? It makes no sense to me.
I solved it by the way but I'll keep it to myself thanks.
Hello! I did it and it worked perfectly.
I entered the SIM mode : CLear - Auto- Clear - Auto- then I pressed 14 -Start- Clear and then , the machine automatically warmed up and came to ready...Please, How can I be a copier Tech? I'm so eager to learn that. LET ME KNOW SO I CAN HELP OTHERS. THANKS SO MUCH...
There is a small clear plastic circle under where the paper comes out, it has two positions, lock and unlock, sometimes when people grab the copies they bump it to lock, use a flash light and make sure its unlocked, you can also just remove it, it was there for shipping. L-codes = scanner lock problems, real cold conditions can cause the scanner greases to not allow the scanner to move fast enough, put the copier somewhere warm. Good Luck!!!
