At 90, there's little chance the dehumidifier will remove any humidity. That setting is simply to high. It may be that the unit needs to reset itself. You can accomplish this by turning the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplugging the unit for 15 minutes. Then, plug the unit back in and turn the Master ON/OFF switch to ON. Set the humidity extraction level on it's lowest setting. Hopefully, the unit reset itself and will now function as it should.
If that didn't solve the problem, the memory board may need to be replaced.

Internal Temp is below 40 degrees. To remedy this, take a hair dryer, and heat up the heat sensor until it is above 40 dgrees. The unit should start to heat up. Keep it on the sensor until the unit is heating for a minute or two, it should stay on after that.
You can try getting it professionally cleaned but it sounds like you need a mechanism unit and that exceeds the cost of a new bluray player substantially. Make sure you have gone into the menu and under software update there is system reset. Make sure you have completed that system reset and make sure you have the latest software update installed. Sometimes after playing a movie you have to complete that system reset in the menu and the reset whereby you hold down the power button ON THE UNIT ITSELF NOT ON THE REMOTE CONTROL until the unit says reset.
The water heater is locked out. The following process should reset it.
1. Reapply power to the water heater and wait for 3 seconds for the system self-diagnostic check.
2. Within the first 30 seconds, the temperature dial must be rotated back and forth crossing the 120
degree mark at least six (6) times. This will reset the control and display a normal flash code
Hold the memory button in which is located on the top of the unit until the clock digits flash. Set the hours by holding the up or down arrows on the skip buttons which are again located on the top of the unit until you get the correct hour. Then press the momory button once more for the minutes and set these again using the skip up and down buttons. When time correct press the memory button again to set.
