Question about Maytag Kitchen Ranges
Common after selfclean i always tell people not to use self clean...... it gets so hot inside around 900- 1000f degress.... with that much heat it causes problems with thermostats, electronics, and usually burns parts up.... check your heating elements for continuity with a meter,, make sure u turn the power of first... if your elements check out okay u might have blown an themosat on thei backside of the unit behind that back panel... or possibly could have blown out the electronic control.. no way to really tell unless u check that element and themostat your self with a meter.. hope this helps u might need service depending on how olfd it is and if its bettere off just to replace it then pay for service...
