Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
If this was working a few days back and now the computer is saying that there's no scanner software install on the computer there's a big chance that the printer/scanner software was remove or got corrupted that's why yu see that error message.
The first and easiest way to resolve that is to do a system restore on the date when it was still working. To do a System restore click on start go to programs > accessories > system tools > system restore then a window will load and just select the date that everything was working that follow the wizard , computer will restart automatically and then once its done check now if the scanner is working again.
But if system restore wont correct the problem download the printer software from this link , just select first the operating system that your computer is using and then once done run the software and follow the wizard to reinstall all software back and that should correct everything.
