If your Whirlpool Duet is not draining you should check the drain pump for obstructions first. Remove the screws on the lower toe panel directly below the door in the FRONT of the washer. They are located under the bottom front edge of the panel. You may need to prop up the two front feet of the washer to access them (placing a 2x4 under the front feet works well). The following link explains:

Make sure you also inspect the drain house that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump. Small articles of clothing can find their way past the wash basket and become lodged in this area. It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. If the pump is NOT running, or if you receive any persistant error codes, replace the drain pump. An "F02" or "F21" error will occur if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes. If the pump is STILL running, but is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced. If the pump requires replacement, the following link explains how:

Replacements can be purchased online at any of the following websites:

searspartsdirect.com
pcappliancerepair.com
appliancepartspros.com
repairclinic.com

Prices vary between these sites, so shop and compare.

If you have any questions about this repair, or need additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you. NOTE: Use a wet/dry shop vac, or place some towels under the pump to catch water rather than attempting to lean this washer back. Some of these front loaders are extremely heavy and cannot be lifted easily by the average consumer.

Spin cycl isnt draining why

Good Morning friend, thanks for your post!

From my understanding your Electrolux washer is not draining. It could be the drain pump, motor, or control panel causing the problem with your washer not draining properly. I would schedule an appointment with a technician to come out and properly diagnosis your washer to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt

Washer will not drain water or spin

Check your drain pump motor. water isnt draining properly or not at all. It could be either something stuck in the piping (drainage), or the pump is not operating.once rectified, it should work properly again.

Pull the drain hose out and try draining it into a sink or large container. Your present drain source may not have a proper vent. Also sounds like you are using too much detergent. This also can cause a slow drainage. Empty the washer as much as possible then run an empty cycle with only water and see how it drains.

The washer isnt draining

fit, make sure the washer is going through the neutral drain before going into spin. Just around 90 seconds of drain right after agitation. If not, it's a gearcase problem covered under warranty for 5 years. Also I have found socks and things caught in the drain hose right where it exits the washer. This will prevent a full drain.
