After I received the message (Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service), I called Epson, Best Buy, Circut City and a repair man in Port Angeles WA. The closes repair person near my home is 60 miles from my home. I was told "buy a new one". After I head this not once from repair person and dealers I did just that. However now I have a new RX595 and I can not covert negatives into photos or CD. What do you suggest I do?. Do I have to now buy an expensive scanner ? If you suggest a scanner which one do you recommend that I do not have to take a loan on my home to get. Thank you

I got a readout parts inside your printer are at the ene of their service life. I replaced the ink and the printer quit working. The printer was working fine till a read out came on when I was printing. I deleted the software and tried to redo it but it will not work. I am lost .
