Have a look into the usb ports to the right of the console under the big flap, make sure there is no damage or any bent pins, as this will short your console so it wont turn on,(this will be easier to see if you remove the faceplate) just bend them back so there not touching.
Remember to thumbs up if this helps.

How do you plug in a nintendo 64 to my t.v

make sure the correct plugs in the nintendo 64 are in their sockets (not that hard to do, as one is massive and the AV cable is small) and then make sure the other side of the massive cord is plugged into the power point, then plug the correct AV cords into the correct colours of the AV receiver (red to red, white to white, yellow to yellow) hope this helps

With everything connected the xbox 360 console isnt turning on at all

There may be a problem with your power cable. Check the light that is on the brick of the cable, if it is green, then the problem is in the console, but if it is yellow there is a problem with the power supply. Make sure the power supply is plugged in properly to the wall socket and the console. If the light still stays yellow, unplug the cord and then plug it back in. If the light is still yellow, you will need to call (1-800-4MYXBOX) and get it repaired.

The system will not turn on

Check that all of the cables are plugged correctly, including the power cable. Also check that your power source's light is either yellow or green; if it's red, that's your problem. Also, this might sound dumb, but whatever: make sure it's plugged to the power outlet.

Hope that helps!

My 360 does not have power to console. the light

Have you tried removing all extra accessories?

Xbox.com states:

Orange or Yellow Indicator Light

When the Xbox 360 power supply light is orange or yellow this means there is no problem with your console but the power supply can't supply it with power.

To remedy this problem, first try unplugging the Xbox 360 power supply from the console and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. You'll also want to uplug the Xbox 360 power supply from the power cord.

Wait for about five minutes and then reconnect everything. You might also want to try plugging it into another wall outlet without an extension cord.

If you are still getting an orange or yellow indicator light, then something is at fault with the Xbox 360 power supply. If this is the case, contact the Xbox 360 customer support to get a new one.

Cannot view picture or game for my xbox 360

Make sure you are using the correct video settings. Try using the basic red white yellow cords and see if that helps. Also make sure you have switched between HD and regular video. there is a switch on the video cable connector that plugs into the xbox.
