The model is a Dacor DMT2420S. The problem started as the display being scrambled. Turning power on and of accasionally would fix the problem. It then became permanent. At this point the oven was still usable. The display eventually went blank. Backlit was working. Touch screen still responding and oven still working. Now the display is still blank but the oven wont work anymore. The light turn on and off by opening/closing the door but the turntable does not spin and the magnetron doen not turn on. Is it a bad control unit? Do you have a replacement part? Thanks for the assistance
It sounds like you need to have the control panel assembly repaired or your CPU unit replaced and you need a new bottom door switch.
