Re: how do you reset
All brands are different but look either under your camera or open up the screen viewer. you should be able to see a small hole that says reset. get a thumb tack or paperclip and push the button in for a couple of seconds. that should do it for you.
let me know if you find it . good luck.

The controls for playback are on the touch screen once the camera is switched from record mode to playback mode, if the camcorder isnt playing back then you might ned to have the unit serviced, could be a bad video head assy. I hope this helps.
Same "Push the reset button problem in panasonic gs 200 camera. i turned it upside down but it didnt worked out. its an expensive camera please please please tel me how to fix "Press the reset switch" problem
My camera has been doing this too, searched this site not through product but problem and found this solution posted by "margarita" for another camera. Said to try removing/replacing the tape. When I pushed the eject button the tape did not come up, removed the battery for a minute and tried again. This time the tape came up so I removed it and put it back in, it seems to have worked. The reset button is not flashing and it did record and playback when I tried them.
