The error message given by the 2250 would be longer than given in the question. The whole error message gives an indication of what might be causing the problem.
Some things you may wish to check include;
Check the print head is free to move and is not jammed
Check the carriage shaft is clean and free from any sort of lubricant
Check the timing strip to ensure this is in possition and is not dirty or warn
Check the paper path to ensure the paper is free to feed through the printer.

the printer seems to have a problem with the horizontal movement of the
print head carriage. Turn of the printer and move the carriage by hand
to check if there is an area where it can only be moved too hard. If
yes, clean the carriage shaft from dirt, etc.
you need to create a forms for your specified paper size. 1.open printer and faxes in win xp. 2.file...server properties...create a new form(check) 3.type a name for forms 4.type a size in below boxes...(like 10 x 12 paper , width is 10 inch, height is 12 inch) 5.save it 6.close 7.rht click the printer...device setting tab... select a form name in the tray . 8.it will work
by the default of the printer baud rate is 9600 , 7 1.. just power on the the printer by pressing all four buttons, then it will automatically go to default settings.
