Question about Cell Phones
You should contact the service provider like it says to do. It sounds like a software problem and you should go into the local service provider and they can fix it for you. The only thing you can possibly try is resetting it by removing the batteries and putting them back in but I can't say that it will work.
Let me know how this works out for you.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
