How do you erase memory from the memory pak

  • Plug an N64 controller into the "Player 1" port on the Nintendo 64.
  • 2 Place the N64 Controller Pack into the memory card slot on the Nintendo 64 controller.
  • 3 Insert a Nintendo 64 game into the cartridge slot on the N64.
  • 4 Hold down "Start" on the N64 controller.
  • 5 Turn the Nintendo 64 on via the "Power" switch on the device. After the console loads, the Controller Pack menu will appear on the screen.
  • 6 Release the "Start" button on the N64 controller.
  • 7 Browse through the saves listed, using the N64 controller's directional pad.
  • 8 Highlight the game you want to erase.
  • 9 Select the "Delete" option. The pages that were occupied by the game save will be erased from the Controller Pack.
  • 10 Repeat Steps 7 though 9 until you're finished erasing pages on the Controller Pak. Restart the N64 if you wish to play the game that was inserted into the device, or turn the Nintendo 64 off if you are done using the console.

How do I access the memory card for the 64?

    Greetings,
The way to access the data on an n64 memory card is to plug it in to the controller, hold down the start button on the controller and turn on the system. Then you should be able to access the memory card from the menu that comes up.

    Take care

We are trying to clear a memory control pak on

Not 100 percent sure but I believe if you hold down the start button on the controller when you turn it on, the memory card manager will show up.

    N64 Games Show Green-Grey Screen

Having a green/grey screen shows there is signs of life. I believe the power supply that's the problem. In my recent experience the following solution has helped me:

1.) Wiggle the power supply left & right two times. Now try and see if the Nintendo 64 works.

2.) If not, then disconnect and reconnect the power supply and wiggle the power supply left & right twice. Again, try and see if it works.

I hope it works for you!

    Transfer pack

I believe he is talking about the memory card or the expansion pak.
The Nintendo 64 has memory units that plug into the slot in the back of the controllers. This is used for saving game information. Here is a picture:

There is also a memory unit upgrade called the Expansion Pak that some games took advantage of for slightly better graphics. See this listing at amazon by clicking HERE.
Let me know if that helped.
    Take Care,

Can we play gamecubegames inside the wii console, if so how?

You can do both. With internet you can download Nintendo 64 games on the wii shop channel. For game cube games enter the controller in slot one, enter the game and it's like you don't have a wii!

Note: due to the fact the the wii remote does not have enough buttons ALL N-64 games need a gamecube controller or a classical controller. Game Cube games are not compatible with classical controllers.
