Question about Intel Motherboard
The problem should be with your RAM try cleaning them and
also check if the capacitors around your processor fan are bulged if so u need to replace them.

We cannot conclude the video card is working properly until it displays to the screen. One was to tell: If the computer is whining in the case, if you can insert and hear CD music, and if you can hear the hard drive cranking in the case, then its likely your motherboard is working; the video card may be playing possum on you. If it's a PCI, remove it and insert it again. Also check your RAM to make sure it is properly inserted. If the computer is not booting and playing sounds, either the RAM or the VIDEO will be the first culprits.
