Question about Cell Phones
The first thing that you should do is to remove the battery from the phone and leave it out for 5 minutes. Then try turning the phone back ON and see if that would soft reset the phone.
Next is to try another battery. Though you can call or receive a call, we're not sure if your battery is working correctly and could provide enough power for the phone to operate properly.
Next, try to upgrade the firmware of the phone.You may need to contact the manufacturer for firmware upgrade because they know what version of firmware that would work best with your phone.
If you're done with the basics, then have the manufacturer or a local tech to replace the LCD or any defective components and that should not cost too much.
