Or you need anitfreeze.
Or your thermostat is shot. Both are easy fixes.
Try the antifreeze, first, check and top off.

and if teh problem persists, check and repalce the thermostat.

My heater blows cold air

If the car is anything approaching 10 years old or has been used without antifreeze for any period the heater matrix could be blocked. Try the 2 hoses running through the bulkhead to the heater when the engine is hot and see if they are the same. If hot and heater is cold then heater is blocked. Does the engine reach normal temp? If not check the thermostat. If you give us more vehicle history a more specific answer could be given.

I put a new heater core ,themastat, rad, anti freez, and stils blow cold air could it be coolant tempearture sensor

Does the engine actually warm up enough to produce hot air thru the heater? In other words, does the radiator get hot to the touch? Does your temperature gauge on the dash indicate a normal operating temperature , or does it show cold? Make sure the linkage from the temperature selector in the dash is connected to the water control valve for the heater.

My guess would be the engine is indeed warming up, but a faulty (or disconnected) water control valve to the heater is preventing heated water from ever reaching the heater core.

When first starting it starts ok but wont drive

this problem sounds like either a fuel filter or ignition coil a faulty coil pack will work fine until it gets hot from a short inside

What is the torque pressure for a 01 daewoo matiz 800cc head

2001 daewoo matiz 800cc

This is the best info I have.

Just as important as the torque values is the tightening sequence. Since modern engine heads are soft alloys this is key. The bolts are tighten down maybe half the final value on the first pass and then tighten down fully on the final pass.
The Sequence is; 7 1 3 5 8 4 2 6 bolts 5&6 are the flywheel side of the engine Torque values Stage 1. 40-45Nm first pass Stage 2. 85-90Nm. second pass

Since you have the head removed look for carbon build up on the pistons.
You may want to get a car service manual from the library or on the internet.

Engine overheats when heater pipes connected

I think you could be right about there being air trapped in the system.
Or the heater core(radiator) is plugged.
Either way you need a pressurized radiator coolant pump to put the coolant in without air being trapped.
Although,i have seen it done by jacking the vehicle up high enough that the radiator was now higher than the heater core level, and then the coolant was put in.
But this is dangerous to try.
