Question about Sharp AR-BC320 All-In-One Led Printer
Our Sharp AR BC 320 is not printing correct colors (gray is printing blue) and yellow streaks are printing on black and white pages, and lastly, all colors especiallys blue and any light colors are streaky. Very dark blue and Very dark green are fine. The dealer cannot find the problem and has replaced every part (literally). He states that it is our software and/or saturations that need to be adjusted. We've had the copier for 9 months without a problem until now. We just learned this copier model was discontinued. Do you know why is was discontinued and what may be causing these problems?
I am having a similar problem, except that all pages are printing yellow on the bottom half. I have cleaned out the extra toner out of the slot for the yellow, and wiped down the areas that were suggested by our technician. We still have the same problem and it seems to go away after cleaning for a few prints then it comes right back. I was thinking that this may be a toner cartridge issue. Any ideas? I have updated the drivers and the software, there have been no problems with this unit until we had a large amount of yellow printed on a newsletter.HELP!

First of all, this copier doen't have print heads that spray ink like an inkjet. Its print heads (4, one for each color) are LED arrays, all they do is emit light. They can get dirty, but not clogged with ink.
Suggestion: Make a color copy at the copier, then print a color picture from a workstation. If the copied page looks good and the printed one doesn't, the copier is probably OK. Reinstall the print driver. I suggest you download the latest driver just for effect.
This worked for me at a customers site just today.

Sounds a lot like the print heads are clogged. Can you print a test page, and how does that come out?
