Question about Philips 42PF7220A 42 in. Plasma Television
Initially if it is near the bottom, I would suspect that somehow you have activated the "Close Caption" feature. Corrective procedure would of course be to disable/turn it off.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
