Question about Cell Phones
Hi, if you have had the phone and sim card from new then the PUK code is usually written on the card that the sim card was attatched to so if you still have this then look on their for the PUK code if you dont have this then dont worry just read on.
The PUK code is the security code for the sim card and if you get it wrong more than 5 times then this would block the sim card and it cant be unlocked.
To get your PUK code for that sim card all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them for your PUK code they will give you this for free over the phone all you need to do is give them the sim cards phone number and also your details they will then give you the correct PUK code for that sim card.
Every single sim card maid has its own unique PUK code so the code they give you will only work with that sim card you gave the phone number for.
You could also try going to your service provides web site as you can usually get the PUK code off their web site.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
