Question about Dell 3110cn Laser Printer
If the replacement cartridge has NOT had the chip replaced (so is carrying the pagecount/level of an empty cartridge), that would cause this.

After replacing the toner some times the printer goto be reset so it can see it nes some printer have to go to the menu some where and reset the toner count
