Not at all, If your computer was closed normally, it will start normally.But if you closed it from the button without shutting down from the windows, it will not start normally the second time.

so, when you face such a problem, just remove the battery for 12 min. then start up using power cable, hold ESC for 10 sec (when you hear a beep) stop and close from the button then power up using your battery, it will start correctly.

I have faced the same problem with three laptops acquired for my company. the laptop turn off while working, smtms it works again after some minutes and smtms not at all.
