Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276 Notebook
There are two types of password. fist is the BIOS password. This would have been set in BIOS setup.. This can be reset by shutting down your computer, removing the CMOS battery for at few minutes. Some computers have jumpers that must be moved to complete this process. Check with the manufacturer of your computer for the proper pin location and setup required.
Second is a Windows password. This requires a different approach. Programs are available to either reset or completely delete the password. Here is a link to five such programs. I have used the first. Read all instructions carefully, follow them, be careful. If you are unsure of your competence to do this, get a more technically abled person.
