Question about Televison & Video
Try this, go to the function keys located on the TV and press vol up and vol down at the same time and leave them pressed untill the function bar finishes scrolling left to right and says "unlocked". you should be able to use your tv normally then.

Well first of all you can try a reset method, just unplug your TV for 12 hours and check again if this works..... Please post Brand and Model Number information for more help......
