Problem for HP vs19 19" LCD Monitor

The monitor won't power up. The orange light is not there. I have checked with another monitor , it works fine.

Check the power cable first. Check your monitor switch is working properly or check your smps in your monitor.

- If you known electronics means you do this because its dangerous . You want to remove the monitor cover. And then check the supply coming or not through the multimeter.
