Question about Motorola Mobility Hint QA30 Cell Phone
I went to charge my phone and it said "Unauthorized Charger" 3 weeks ago. This was the same charger I had been using for months! So I mail my phone to my parents in Wisconsin because I am from Alabama and the sales associate sends back a new charger and battery. I go to plug it in and it doesn't work still. I go to take out the charger and the whole charger port comes out of the phone with it!!! This is the second time my port has come out and the first time I had to pay $50 for a new version of the same cheap model phone. This is not my fault and is a manufacturing error, I want a new phone that actually will last more than 4 months!!

i dont think that this will help much, but mine said that the very first time i charged mine ( with the brand new charger it came with!!! ) and it still says that occassionally. but then the notice goes away , and it charges my phone.

I software reset through the settings menu will usually resolve this, or a software update. Make sure you backup your data before doing this though, as you will lose all data in the phone.

my dogs chewed up my charger. i figured id connected to my lap top and let it charge that way. but it keept saying un.charger. after i put in a memory chip i pluged it in again and it charged ok. remember to make sure your usb connection is on the mass storege option on your settings. not a solution to the problem. but its an option.
