Hi
No easy way it just go to be unscrewed taken apart and you will see it inside it a messy job so where cloves, or maybe you will have to take it to a shop to do this for you, because some printers got to be reset for the west after even after cleaning it out or it will still say it waste full.
This is for a different printer but it may work

Waste ink counter reset for Epson RX500 - Press and hold all following buttons: Power, Load/Eject, Stop, B&W, Color.
- Release all buttons.
- After the printer turns on, you'll see "Init eeprom" on printer screen.
- Press Color button to clear protection counter.
-
- They be other ways for resetting it just finding it .

If that not work you will have to find a deferent reset for it.

"The waste ink absorber is almost full" message?

This applies to the CANON PIXMA MP130 and other ink-jets made by Canon/Pixma.

According to the user's manual, "Ink used to clean the print head is absorbed by the waste ink tank. When this message is displayed, the waste ink tank needs to be replaced, or the machine requires maintenance". There is no information about how to replace or empty the waste ink tank.

In any case, you can try the following to clear up the error, but eventually you'll need the waste tank to be emptied or replaced. And as far as I know, you can't find the replacement parts to buy, nor the instructions to empty the waste tank.

Turn on your MP130.
1) After that press: Menu - Scan - Copy - Scan or Menu-Copy-Scan-Copy-Copy in some models, it depends on the date it was produced)
2) Select TEST MODE.
3) Enter NVRAM ACCESS
4) Select SET ABS-M LEVEL TO 0
5) Select OK
6) Keep selecting OK untill you leave the TEST MODE

Then turn it OFF and again ON. Check if the error message is still there.
The following is taken from the Canon website, regarding this specific error:

"Canon recommends having the printer serviced before the absorber becomes full. We are aware that there are many "do-it-yourself" Web sites that offer instructions for making this repair. Replacing the ink absorber is a complicated and potentially messy procedure. Even if the ink absorber is successfully changed, the ink absorber counter must be reset. Be aware that if you attempt this procedure, it is at your own risk."

As I mentioned before, I have not found any way or procedure to empty or replace the waste ink absorber nor the necesary replacement part.

I need to know how to empty the ink waste tank so that I can clean up the ink blobs and leakage.

You should be able to go into maintenance in your printer software & it will tell you how to empty the tank.

Waste tank full samsung 300 even though I emptied it

Samsung uses a photo diode that shines a light through the clear portion of the waste tank. Even if the tank is emptied, the toner sticks to the plastic, causing the light not to pass through. You can try to rinse the empty tank with a little soap and water. You don't have to get it completely clean, just enough to allow the light to pass. Then allow it to dry and put it back into the printer. Hope this helps you.

I have a samsung clp500 color printer but it is not working .it show only waste tank is full/ not instaled what should i do.

The "waste tank" is located behind the front panel that has the SAMSUNG name on it. Press on the upper corners of this panel and it will open up to reveal a clear plastic tank on the right side.

This tank pulls out easily and has two holes for excess toner to flow into it.

Look at the side of the tank that has the holes. You should see a part of the tank that extends out from the tank but ends in a clear square. The waste tank sensor "looks" thru this clear plastic square to determine if the tank is full. I.e. if toner is in this area and you cannot clearly see thru both sides, the sensor will tell the printer that the tank is full and needs to be changed.

If the tank is not full, use a long cotton swab and clean out the inside of this area. Once you can see thru both sides, carefully replace the tank back into the printer and turn the printer back on.

If done properly, the error should go away and you should be able to continue printing. I have doen this and it works fine.

(Some posts have had people cut this part of the tank off and simply tape over the hole that is made with strong tape. This bypasses the sensor and would allow the printer to run again. I have not done this as I do not want the possibility of toner spilling in my office.)

Exception:

The sensor could be bad and causing the issue. If this is the case, it may be cheaper to purchase a new printer - CLP-620 ND is a duplex, networked color laser jet that is selling from frys.com for $315.

Waste tonner tank

The waste toner container is inside the front cover at the bottom right. If you work for a business you should purchase a new one. If not you may be able to empty it into a another container and seal it before putting into the bin.

Waste motor error

The wate motor transfers (you guess it) waste toner to the waste toner bottle. If the bottle fills up, the motor cannot transfer more waste to it. This is rare, for the printer should ask for a new waste toner bottle when the previous one fills. However,it happens frequently when users try to empty and clean the bottle instead of replacing it.

If a new waste toner bottle is in place, then the printer needs a new motor, which can only be purchased through an Authorized Service Center.
