You probably just need to track the blade, pull all the guides back away from the blade and free wheel it by hand, tilt the blade into the center of the tires, if it doesn't center on both, one of them is off. When it centers, torque it up a little, then adjust the guides to the blade, don't push the blade out, just barely touch it, then it should track and cut straight. Good luck. Does this machine have a transmission for metal cutting? Or just one speed?

Dose not cut in a straight line wonders

First question: What are you cutting? Are you cutting wood? If you're using fence, I need you to make adjustments on it . The nature of the band saw is to drift either left or right being parallel with the band saw fence. Is the blade tension too tight or insufficient? Check your manual for correct tension or you can just see in the tension gauge on your saw. Please this blog on how to check the correct blade tension . What is your feed and speed rate? Make sure the you're not feeding the wood too slow or too fast. Are you using new blade? Your blade is may be dull or low quality. I purchased my blades on www.sawblade.com . Their Haltbar 201 Series works great on general wood cutting.
Last question, have you taken up time to tune up your saw? See this blog for your reference.

Bandsaw stops cutting

the pressure you are pushing could be too hard or a dull blade. what is the HP of it? I use one for cutting metal bar up to 6 inch and wood. the HP of mine is 15 horsepower and wood will cut quick when solid steel is very slow. of course mine is industrial size with a 3 foot depth

MBS 240/E proxxon bandsaw

the 24 TPI is the one to use. It sounds as if the blade is running to fast and over heating the blade and causing it to lose the temper in the balde steel. Try slowing the blade speed down if you can. Also you can try putting some cutting oil on the balde to stop it from clogging up. You can also rig up a small air line to blow on the cutting area to cool it down and remove the metal chips. I've also applied some wax to the blade every so often. A candle will work for this too. Hope this helps you, Jeepfxr

Cuts in circles,,even with new blade

The saw needs to have the blade guides adjusted properly. There are 2 sets of them . One above the table and one below. They may be solid pieces of steel or they may be sealed ball bearings They are the things that move in toward the blades sides to keep it tracking in a straight line. They need to come in toward the blade as close as possible without touching it. I set mine with a piece of paper as a spacer. set both sets like this and your saw should cut straight. Hope this helps you

I am running a six inch blade width horizontal band saw in a sawmilling application, resawing flitches to thinner boards. Average depth of cut about eight inches. What blade life (swage set steel) should I...

This depends on the type of wood you are cutting. Hardwoods , like oak, will dull the blades faster and require a change after about 3 months if used daily 8x7 but you can get a longer cutting time IF the blades are carbide steel. You can add life to the saw teeth by keeping them clean and free of sap buildup too.
Specially when cutting pine.

Bought model 3400 skil table saw. have no manual. can't find control for tilting blade. how do i tilt blade

This model does not have a knob on the side.
There is only a locking lever on the front next to a single rotating wheel for height adjustments. To tilt the blade simply twist the locking lever to the left and push the height adjustment wheel to the right. It can be a bit stiff at times to move.
