Question about Proscan 32LA30Q Television
I recently bought a LCD TV (Proscan, model # 32LA25Q). When I turn the TV on I will always get sound, but not always a picture. Sometimes I have to turn the TV on 5-6 times before I get a picture.
These units need to taken in to a service center to be tested for intermittent video operation. You can call PROSCAN customer support at this telephone number 1-888-977-6722. You can also go to the customer support website . www.oncorpus.com. go to the customer support section and tell them the model number of you television and ask them where you can have it serviced for the intermittent video problem. Do not buy Proscan they are all garbage... and do not buy in EXPO
