If you can download and install malwarebytes and scan your computer using that. that should pick it up and remove the viruses. I have posted the website to download from below.

Sounds like someone managed to get a "backdoor virus" on your computer that allows a third party access to your computer for sending spam, Denial of Service Attacks, etc....

That activity consumes computer resources slowing down your operations to a crawl.

Removal of virus for free

Hello,

You can install free AVG anti-virus. It's one of the best anti-virus that I have used. Even its FREE VERSION can get rid of viruses. Be reminded though that there are some viruses that can't be removed with free anti-virus and you might need to purchase the full version or have your computer reinstalled and install a free or full version of anti-virus.

By the way, if I were you, I would install RadarSync in that computer after fixing it. It's a technician's software which can optimize your computer's performance. I have been using it together with a good anti-virus. Believe me, they work good together.

My computer is enfected the virus, how to delete this virus

first you need to know the name of the file that is on your that your anti-virus app tells you the name. then if your anti virus app cannot remove the file you can try to enter your computer in safe mode do a file search for the name of the file on your computer then delete it and flush your recycle bin.
however, if you do not have an anti virus then what makes you think that you have a virus on your computer? you may have spyware on your computer instead and anti virus apps can see the bug but cannot remove them! so this is why you need both an anti virus app and an anit spyware app to keep your computer clean.
if you have internet access there are 2 free anti virus and anti spyware apps that you download all you have to do is register them online with a valid e-mail account and get them for free! AVG is a good anti virus and Spybot search and destroy is a good anit spyware and they are both free.

Computer so slow as to be unusable. Believe that it has a virus from a "norton undate" pop up' I can not delete it. What would be the easist solution?

there are two free products that my company uses and they are both great at removing not only viruses but malware also. they are Malware Bytes and Ccleaner. both can be downloaded from download.com and both are great. These programs catch other viruses, spy-ware and trojans that get past some of the best anti-virus programs and best of all they are both FREE

Hi there, it sound like a computer virus or trogan virus; it is a malicious program. You need to use an Anti-Virus or Anti-trogan program to get rid of it.

It could also be software problem like a corrupted file in your Operating System.

You should first format your hard drive and try it first and see what happens.
By formatting your hard drive, and re installing your Operating System, should correct the problem.

If not use the Anti-virus or Anti trogan program.

Antivirus

If you have already downloaded the programme you need, you must turn off system restore, then start your pc in safe mode, install the anti virus update the anti virus then run the check. Using safe mode will stop the trojan or virus from running and making it easier to find by the anti virus programme.
