If it is a drop down door with hinges on each side, then it is the hinge springs that usually cause the porblem, as they become weak over time.
The only solution is to replace both the door hinges, as they are not adjustable.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

Door will not close completly

When you say "oven door will not close properly", do you mean that it closes but not tightly against the rubber seal on the oven cavity?

Or is it some other closing problem?

If it is the former, then it is a sign of the door hinge springs wearing out. The solution to this is to replace both hinges on the offending door.

Oven door not closing properly

If it is a drop down door with hinges on the bootom of the oven door, then it is likely to be weak door hinge springs, the usual solution is to replace both hinges.
If it is a swing open door, then the problem is related to a worn or broken door catch, or worn striker pin.

Omega oven model number is OO910XA

If it is a common problem with Omega, they may not be ready to admit it. Since it occured 2 times, possibly the hinges use nylon rollers for smooth and quiet operation, but the hinges are not well shielded from the hi heat of 500-600 degrees and the nylon parts fail after a few months constant heat exposure. There is a common problem that happens with oven doors when they do not seam to close tight: besides being old and normally worn, if a door is leaned on while it is open, the hinges could be stretched and then they will never allow the door to close tight. This has happened to many ovens regardless of age, and the customer never realized that the weight or pressure they applied to the door when in the open position has done damage; yet they wunder why the door does not close well. My Wolrd Pool Double Oven Door will not close all

same problem, I tried to adjust the level and tip the oven back, but that didn't work either.
Two options exist, change the hinges, or close the door with a hammer handle between the door and oven. Place the handle down low by hinge, then push the door closed very firmly to pull the hinge outward a bit.

Door not closing properly is normally due to weak door hinges.
Normal procedure is to replace both the hinges.
