Question about HP LaserJet P2015dn Printer
If you know the IP address of the printer then you should be able to do a reset via it's internal GUI.
1. Make a note of the printers IP (if you print a status page by holding GO for 5 seconds it should give you this).
2. Open up Internet Explorer. Where you would normally type www. type the ip address of the printer (make sure there is nothing else in front) and hit enter.
3. Click on the 'Networking Tab' and give the printer the IP that you want it to have.
For further help a PDF of the manual can be found here. Details of the Embedded Web Server are on page 54.
Hope this helps and good luck!

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
