Question about Canon imageRUNNER 3570 Copier
Help! When we scan to our boxes, the scan keeps "resending" and eventually times out. If you re-boot the machine, the scanner is AOK for a space of about 3 to 5 minutes but then drops off again. Copier tech support has been out twice and thought it was a port issue. Our IT people are stumped, the port checks out fine. Any ideas? We did have a power outage the evening prior to when the problem with the scanner began. We can still print and send and receive faxes.
Try to reload the machine system software as it may be corrupted due to the power outage if this does not solve the problem the harddrive may be damaged just as its possable for a computer harddrive to be damaged if you do not shut your computer down and just pull the plug out.If you need any more help please get back to me or phone 00447764303923 i am in the uk
