Do you mean;" if you take pictures without a memory card in your camera, would you be able to upload those pics to your computer?"...If this is what you menat then plug the usb cord into your copmuter and camera, click " start" on desktop, then click on "my computer" in the window that opens up...Look for a disc containing your camera pictures and you will see any pictures left on the built in memory in the camera (usually only holds a few picture)

Can't show the photo when connected with computer.

First: don't do anything with your memory card till you have recovered the pictures, just remove the memory stick from the camera.
There are programs to recover pictures on a memory stick.
Use an external memory card reader, where your Memory stick fits in. Connect the reader to your computer and try one of the free programs on one of these sites to see if your pictures are still on the card and if they can be recovered.
Some free programmes, will show all pictures you can recover, but only allow you to recover a limited amount. Just try another program. I once got a free program, Recoverx, with a memory card I bought.

Finepix a235 ook pictures camera is saying read error can't load them or view them

I would first try using a card reader and attach the card to your computer. If it can't see any photos, you might try some photo recovery software to recover the photos on your card.

My son deleted all the pictures from the memory card. Is there a way to recover the pictures? I have not removed the card from the camera yet.

If these are "once in a lifetime pictures", there is retrieval software you can purchase that can possibly get your pictures back. It's costly but at least you'll have it if it happens again in the future. Just don't shoot any more pics on the card...that will only overwrite your pics making retrieval impossible. Google the words "digital picture retrieval software" for the available ones.

Took pics with shoot without card setting on

No. This setting simply allows the camera to go through the motions without a memory card, so you can demonstrate it in the shop. The alternative is to lock the camera so as to prevent shooting without a memory card. Either way, no pictures are saved.

I accidentally deleted my pictures from my memory card, how can I get them back

If you haven't formatted the card since delition, you may be able to recover them. Here's a shareware title that's designed to recover files:

http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/File_Maintenance_and_Repair_Utilities/Memory_Card_Pictures_Recovery.html

It's a free download, and if you like it, you can purchase. Formatting will "hide" the files that are there, and shooting more photos on the same card will overwrite them, so if you haven't done either of these, chances are good that you will be able to recover many of the files. Good luck and hope this helps you out!
