With already built machines, your hard pressed to find that info, but with most mainboards, you should only have to worry about hooking up the pins for the power button,reset switch and the usb ports. USB are usually one + and one - and are side by side or one above the other on the board in a group with the rest of the ones i mentioned above. Sometimes they have it labeled on the board as rstsw for reset switch, pwr for power button, HDD for hard drive light.
If you need a wireing diagram for more than that then most likely you wont find one.
