I have the Rainbow E series shampooer all hooked up and when I turn it on no water sprays out. It seems like the shampooer pump is not working. I have checked the hose but it seems fine and the pump does not get warm from trying to pump
E series aqua mates do not use a pump only pressure from water supply <faucet> if no water is getting through the valve assembly is probably bad. which has no servicable parts, reccomend taking to local vac shop to replace valve assebly in handle. not an easy job and can damage more if you attemp to fix. rainbow parts not cheep so dont want to break more than need to.

Wow it's been a while. I think the shampoo attachment needs to be hook on the blowind part of the machine. If I didn't help take itto any vacuum store, they should be able to show you. Sorry thats the best I can give you. Chris
You should have the new aquamate, it has a blue top to fill with the water and water/soap solution that pops down into place. You will need to use your power nozzle hose and tube, connect it to your shampooer (make sure to connect the power connection just like the power nozzle). Fill your water up, large compartment is for cold water only and the smaller compartment is for one cap full of soap then the rest filled with cold water. Start with just a splash of water or an empty basin in the rainbow. The trigger will control your water spray and the brush underneath. There are two levers on the back of the shampooer marked with a shower head and a bar of soap. Use the soap with the shower head and the soap on and the water only with just the shower head on. You will want to also go over the area shampooed with both off to **** up the remaining water. Make sure to clean your floor thoroughly before shampooing.
youhook up the shampooer the same way you would hook up the vacuum head. you can put jut a little bit of water in the basin and it basically works like the vacuum except it dispenses cleaner and water when you posh the button in on the handle.
You have the vacuum and the basin, you put them together just like when you vacuum but don't put water in the basin. There is a large white container that comes with the shampooer. you fill that up with water and then you place the vacuum cleaner and the basin on top of that. Now you will need the water hose (not the one that has the gas pump hadle). Hook that in the same spot that you do for vacuuming. Then you take the shampooing handle( it will have a trigger and a little white bottle and some tubes hooked to it) the one end of it hooks to the water hose and the other end hooks to the wands. There are 2 wands that come with your shampooer. At the end of those the shampooer head will be attached. There are two separate tubes there is a thick tube ( there two tubes fused together) and a thin tube, they hook to the large white container that you fill with water. Just look and you will see where they go. Then there is a tube that hooks to the shampooer head at the bottom. The you take the little bottle and fill it with your shampoo. You should have gotten some clips to hool onto your hose so that you can keep the tubes attached to it so they aren't in the way. You should be set. I hope I helped.
