Question about XFX GeForce 6200 Graphic Card
It can be a graphics card problem as this issue comes when there is no signal to the Monitor from the Graphics Card. Other issues might be damaged cable connecting the monitor to the CPU or when the graphics card is not properly inserted in the motherboard.

I had the same problem 6 monts ago . I fixed it by removing the monitor cable from the gpu(9600 gt) to onboard graphics and back and some other similar stuff, rebooting the system several time during the process(until success)........
Now it has come back!!! This time it just ain't going!!! Still trying diff stuff though......
