During wash cycle f28 code. Tried twice cycle cancel & still problem occurs.

F 28 code as well.... I can get door to unlock with two presses of pause cancel button as per manual...this is a model 9400 hundred duet..Not even two months old...

i have the same problem but only in normal wash cycle, it works great in delicates, wool , and rinse and spin cycles, should i check the wiring as well as the other people have done

F11 Code usually at the end of the spin cycle. Will reset with power off and/or cycling the wires on the MCU and CCU, but comes back. Technician believes it is the MCU....we will see.

F11=Serial Communication Error
Communication between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the Motor Control Unit
(MCU) cannot be sent correctly.
Potential Causes
• Check Wire Harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and Central Control
Unit (CCU)
• Check the Drive system for any worn or failed components
• Check MCU
• Check CCU
• Check Motor
• Check Wire Harness

F28= No such Code could be out of the fact you have a F11
