Question about Citizen Eco-Drive Calibre 5700 AT1070-54L Wrist Watch
I have a citizen eco-drive calibre 5700 and the chronograph second and minute hands are set wrongly, so when re-setting to zero, the minute hand is at -2 and the second hand is at 58secs rather than at the top. It happened once in the past and i remember the jeweller pressing a combination of buttons to move the hands into the correct possitions, but i can't remember now how this is done. Can you help?
Go to the citizen web site (citizen.com) and select "technical support" and then "setting instructions".
Enter the number off the back of your watch snd the click on "get setting instructions"
The instructions include the steps you need to take to zero the hands.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
