When I turn the dial to put shower on the temperature dial is now moving with it so I don't know what temp it is! I have a triton power shower.

Thank you for supplying a picture. The two controls could be binding. Try holding the temperature setting with one hand while turning the shower on with the other. If this doesn't work, you may have to remove the knobs to find what is causing them to bind. The upper knob may be attached too tightly, causing it to bind on the lower knob.

The turning mechanism on my triton ivory 4 has broken. The piece of plastic that sit in the cog to turn the power on has broken off. How do i get this repaired?

Hi, just had the same problem if you carefully remove both knobs and swop them over as the bottom knob does not require the T piece. If you get some thin plastic and gently prise each tab out enough to insert the wedges it will pull out. Hope this helps.

I have an american standard shower knobs for cold and hot with a center control that directs to shower. Tub faucet leaks. How do I fix this?

Hi,
Pull the knob off...usually the screw is behind a cover in the center of the knob...
Behind the knob you will find a nut that is the packing nut ... this is what keeps the water from running out around the stem...turn that nut clockwise a quarter to a half turn or until snug...
this iwll fix your leak...

We have triton cascade power shower and the water keeps coming out even when the power is isolated.

I too am having exactly the same problem with my triton 300 si. I have noticed that since this behaviour started the red light around the on/off switch is no longer illuminated (whether it's on or off).
I have tried calling the technical support but they wont help since it's out of Guarantee. Have you noticed any other features missing or not working?

Mira thermostatic shower water dripping from bottom of casing

Switch off the power supply to the shower at the consumer unit, it will probably have its own individual circuit breaker as it is such a heavy user of power. Try now to switch the shower, it should be dead and that is good. Remove the control knobs and remove the front of the shower unit. Check the electrics with an electrical screw driver to make sure that there is nothing that will cause electrocution. Trace the source of the leak, the most likely place is the compression joint to the mains water pipe. Tighten the compression nut until the dripping stops. Dry everything off with a paper towel and check there is no sign of further leaking. Reassemble the front with the knobs and switch the power back on.
