It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

you have to pair both the devices. in the bluetooth option menu switch on your phone blue tooth and move the direction pad to right side ,you will see option as pair with devices. press that. then it will ask for security code,give as 12345 and you are paired

If factory settings didn't work,this will SURELY help:

1.Turn off your phone..

2.Press and hold three keys, i.e. Green Button(call answer key) + " * " button + " 3 " button and while holding the buttons boot the phone..

3.Hold till the phone shows the Nokia Logo/formatting screen..
