Dosn't install picture and video in sansa e250 mp3 player.

you cant. It isnt designed to read file formats. Only video, mp3/wav music, and pictures. I'm sorry but you need a sony reader or kindle for the type of files you want.

You must download and install the Sansa Media Converter to put videos on your Sansa player. If you have lost the installation CD, you can download the software for free from Sandisk's website.

if you install the media converter that came with it then i believe so

Hi there , in the settings menu in your player if you go into usb you can change it to msc mode and it will read as a normal usb drive so you can transfer songs etc

You need to use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer pix or videos.

Once you connect your Sansa® e250, a pop-up should appear on your computer that asks what you want to do with the device. Choose View with Microsoft explorer, it should be the second to last option. From there you should see some folders and some other stuff. choose the PHOTO folder and delete the pictures inside. You should be able to do the opposite to add them. You can simply drag-and-drop the photos into this folder from another as long as they are the same format.

You gotta put your installation cd into the computer and install the Sansa Media Converter. That will put all the pictures and videos on the mp3 player. To get it "unfrozen" just press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 sec.
