1. Have you performed a firmware upgrade or just reinstall the same version of firmware @ www.linksys.com/download
2. You will need to perform a factory reset by holding in the reset button for 30 seconds located on back of the router, you will notice the routers lights blinking. Then wait about 2-3 minutes while the router syncs back up.
Note: The factory reset will erase all previous settings, so you may want to write down your settings as you will have to enter the settings back into the router.
3. Check your cables as they can be defective. Try swapping them out.
By resetting the router, you should be able to login with the default user name and password. Open up internet explorer and in the address bar, type in 192.168.1.1 and hit enter.
Log in using the default user name and password (check the manual, if you can't find it try leaving the user name blank and "admin" as the user name and "pass" as the password).
