Question about Computers & Internet
You will need to reset the Linksys router by holding the reset button on the back of the unit untill all of the lights on the front start to flash (I would advise using the tip of a pen or a paper click) By resetting the router, you should be able to login with the default user name and password. Open up internet explorer and in the address bar, type in 192.168.1.1 and hit enter.
Log in using the default user name and password (check the manual, if you can't find it try leaving the user name blank and "admin" as the user name and "pass" as the password).

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
